Work In Style Delivery & Return Information
Free Shipping Available on ALL orders in CYPRUS
Work in Style standard delivery is €3.00 for all our customers.
Free delivery on orders over €50!
Deliveries of goods can take up to 3 working days; any items that aren't in stock can take approximately 28 working days for delivery.

Next day delivery is €7.00 - Orders made before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered next day

Orders placed After Thursday 1pm will be delivered the following Monday

Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
How to Return Products:
If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you have the option to do so in two ways within 14 calendar days from the day you received it:
In-Store Return: You can return the product(s) in their original condition and packaging to Medistyle Ltd store by presenting the purchase receipt.
Return by Shipping: You can also return the product(s) at your own expense. Ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. Ship them to our store and include the purchase receipt and the Return Form.

When I will receive my refund?
If item is returned in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card) less shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable, we have to pay couriers! If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 00357 25750650 and we will search for your order information. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. Please note it can take between 7-10 working days to action this refund.
